1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 8–14 working days. As an environmentally conscious company, we consolidate shipments to reduce our carbon footprint. Orders are dispatched once we reach our minimum order quantity. We appreciate your understanding as we work together to make a positive impact.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This can be used on our tracking page to monitor your delivery. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case the email is redirected there. Please allow a few working days for the tracking system to activate.


3. What if I haven’t received my package after 14 working days?

We’re sorry for the delay. Have you checked your tracking number? Occasionally, parcels may face delays at customs. If your package hasn’t arrived after an additional three working days, please let us know. While 99% of parcels are delivered successfully, we’ll be happy to assist you further if it hasn’t arrived after this period.


4. Can I cancel or amend my order?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but please be aware that once your order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.


5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
